Refund policy

• Due to sanitary reasons, we do not allow returns on Wixies earrings unless an items is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within [14] days of receipt. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
• Custom orders, specially ordered items, and engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
